Newborn Photographer in Pittsburgh | Mary Beth Miller Photography
As a squirrel hill newborn photographer, I loved photographing baby Rose and her big sister! It seems like it was not that long ago that I met this lovely couple just a few weeks after they welcomed their first daughter into the world!
I have had the honor of photographing them quite a few times since then for her baptism, a couple of birthday parties and annual family photos. I was so excited when Mom told me during their fall session that they would be expecting another daughter in just a few months! And even more excited when she asked if they could get on my schedule for another newborn session!
Baby Rose arrived just two days before Christmas! What a wonderful and perfect gift for this family! And she is just as precious and beautiful as her big sister! It was fun to go back and look at big sister’s newborn photo gallery the night before her baby sister’s newborn session! I could see a lot of similarities between them.
They moved into this gorgeous home in Squirrel Hill just a couple of months before the baby came! I know that selling, buying, moving, having a new baby and preparing for the holidays can all be really stressful events! I made sure to keep their newborn session totally easy and relaxing. The last thing they needed was to stress about a photo session! I strive to keep all of my newborn sessions stress-free for families!
This sweet little girl is doing an amazing job as a big sister! I could not believe how great she was with the baby. Mom said she was adjusting perfectly and is very helpful. I really love to include older siblings in the photo session. Although this big sister was pretty great about taking photos, sometimes the older siblings are not super interested in taking photos with the new baby. However, I seem to have a special talent for capturing at least a few images of siblings together. That is another thing I never want parents to have to worry about.
Baby girl only cried for a minute, but I cannot help myself, I always have to get a photo when the baby cries! I just think they are so cute when they cry! (I can only say that because I no longer have babies in my house) But I know that one-day, mom will cherish this image just as much as the happy wide awake shots and the sleepy shots.
These photos of these beautiful sisters make my boy-mom heart just ache!
And of course, I have to include the fur babies! This was the sweetest little dog!
This squirrel hill newborn photographer loved photographing baby rose, her big sister and their parents again!
