Can I book a photo session during the COVID pandemic? YES!

I have had a few people reach out to me wondering if they can book a photo session during the COVID pandemic?

YES! Absolutely!

I know it is still important for families to capture images now before your babies or kids get any bigger because we know how very fast that can happen!

However, I also know you may be hesitant to do so during this time.

I assure you that I will take all safety precautions to keep you and your family safe.
-wearing a mask
-hand washing/sanitizing
-maintaining a safe distance inside and outside
(I have lenses that are perfect for this!)
-not handling your baby or children
-rescheduling should I feel ill in any way
-scheduling and spacing sessions at least one week apart

Also, have peace of mind knowing that my family has been pretty excellent at social distancing and I consider my family to be pretty low-risk. My kids are not in school and unfortunately not hanging out with friends at all, and my husband works outside with just a few co-workers.

I also totally understand if you may not feel comfortable booking right now so I am very flexible with scheduling. I will pencil you in for a date and if things are still uncertain when that day comes, I am more than happy to bump your session further into the future when you feel comfortable. I will not charge a rescheduling fee and it’s ok to bump your date further back more than once.

If you are expecting or have a newborn baby, it is also more than ok to wait until baby is a little older to have a photo session! Check out this blog post where I talk about why I love photographing older babies!

However, please note, due to current hospital policy, I am not currently booking Fresh 48 sessions or births at the hospital, with the exception of homebirths or births at The Midwife Center (unless their policy should change).
