Almost two weeks ago I went to Sewickley Hospital (just 12 miles NW of Pittsburgh) for a Fresh 48 session.   This session is special to me because it is my own family!   I became an aunt when I was only 6 years old and I have two nieces and two nephews that are more like little brothers and sisters to me.   Those nieces and nephews are now all grown up and between three of those siblings they have 12 (almost 13) children!!   Let me tell you how much I love family gatherings with all of those great nieces and nephews!   One of my nieces and her husband live just a few miles from me with their four…now five children!   I loved that I got to photograph the day they all went to the hospital to meet their new baby brother, Cole Bradley.

When baby #4 was born I took a great photo of the oldest two kids looking into the bassinet.
So I thought we could attempt to recreate that image…..haha yeah that did not happen!
But you know what, I LOVE this image.
I love that it totally portrays the personalities of two of these sweet girls!

I also photographed the birth of baby Cole!
You have no idea what an honor it was to be there when he was born!

And this week I will capture some newborn photos of him with his family.
