It’s been a while since I blogged some personal images from my life! So here are a few….
Yesterday, Silas decided he liked his birthday present and painted me some pictures.
My other favorite subject to photograph, other than my own kids, is our Golden Boy, Teddy Bear….
And another favorite subject is kids and chickens! Our barred rock hens are gentle and do not mind being held too much.
We try to play outside as a family at least one day a week. Time to be together, throw the frisbee, toss the kids into the air….
This little dude turned four last month! So I took him into the fields for a few photos with his favorite bike.
Part of life on the farm, is early morning chores like letting the hens out of their hen house and feeding them.
Last week it was still frosty cold in the mornings…
So, is it safe to finally put the coats and hats into storage!?
And a sure sign that spring has finally sprung….the crocus have bloomed!
And the garlic has popped up! Although we grow just about everything on our farm, it is a Garlic farm!
So it is exciting to see the rows coming up!
I am in love with your family documentary photography of your family! You are capturing life that your family will be able to enjoy for years to come! You are an inspiration to me to shoot my family more! Love your work Mary Beth!
