Once again, I had the opportunity to photograph a birth at The Pittsburgh Midwife Center
and I got to photograph in one of the brand new birthing suites!!
The new rooms are just beautiful!
The women of Pittsburgh are so very fortunate to have the option to birth here.

This Mama was amazing and was really in control of her labor and pain.
She went to her 38 week Midwife appointment and was told she was at 4cm and she didn’t even know it!
Within a few short hours, she met her perfect and gorgeous baby girl!

For as many births that I have photographed in the last eight years,
it is still always such a beautiful and amazing experience to be able to witness
and document the moment a baby takes her first breaths!

I am so honored each and every time a parent chooses me to photograph their birth.
