I photographed this sweet little girl as she took her very first breaths and every single year since then. This Mama and her precious daughter will always have a special place in my heart. 💕 I loved shooting this Mother and Daughter Photo Session at their new Pittsburgh home and backyard!
I always feel a special connection to my birth clients but it’s definitely a bit more special when I get to see them and hang out with them every year! I would love to see them more than that, but doesn’t time have a way of slipping by much too fast! I think if 2020 has taught me anything, it is to make sure to create and find the time to hang out more with the special people in our lives!
I’m so glad this Mama chose to stay at home for their session this year! Here are my favorites from when we hung out inside their adorable home in Pittsburgh. Then we went outside to their backyard for the rest of the session. I loved photographing some of their everyday moments spending time together in their beautiful home.
This is a new house for them that they quickly turned into their home. It meant a lot to me and this Mama to capture these moments in their home for them. And I know her daughter will appreciate and treasure these images too!
I know I mention this often, but I believe home is the absolute best-est place for your family photo session! Having a session at your house really adds an extra special something to your images.
And although winter is approaching, it’s never the wrong time of year for a family photo session when it takes place in your home! Allow me to document your family reading books, making cookies, decorating the tree, playing games, getting cozy by the fireplace or just simply hanging out together. Even if that looks like total chaos. I ❤️ chaos.
And even if it is cold and snowing, we can go outside for a few photos!
