I know, this is the first thing that most of you want to know a.s.a.p.! Well, I am more than happy to share those details with you! Just click over to here for the pricing details.
Can I get the digital image files!?
Yes! I include digital files with all of my sessions! But first, I like to ask my clients one question; Why do you need the full size digital files? I know we all think that we “need” them, but do you? Will you use them? Will they get their full values worth? Will you create a family album or photo book? Will they ever get printed, framed and put up on the wall? After asking around, too many of my past clients sadly admitted that they never did much with their digitals and they just stayed on the pretty USB drive in a junk drawer. While some created gift prints, and some printed bigger prints for the walls, not everyone found the time or energy to get around to it. So yes, while I am happy to provide you with the digital images, I also want for you to have tangible and professionally printed products! I want for you to get a full value custom experience after a session with me! I feel that my job as a photographer is not complete unless you have prints and products of your favorite images! In addition to the digital collection, you can purchase other additional items from me.
Let’s face it, our lives are pretty busy and as a busy Mom I know it’s very hard to find time to order, frame and hang prints let alone design and order a photo book. I want you to have professionally printed products that only photographers can obtain. I want to create a photo book or album and other products for your family that will last for future generations. A photo book that you, your children, family and friends will want to sit and flip through for many years to come.
And I hate to say it, but digital images will not last forever. Can you imagine 40 years from now trying to find an old thumb drive or external drive to show your grandchildren photos from when their Mom or Dad were little? Chances are, it will not even work with the current technology. (Whats’s a floppy disc? Unreadable scratched DVD? Computers without USB drives!?) But rest assure that I will also ALWAYS have the images saved from your session.
How do I book a Session?

What can I expect from a session with you?
Please see this page for all of the details!
What can I expect a newborn session to be like?
Here are the details on what to expect from a newborn photography session.
How and when should I book a photo session?
I only accept a limited number of sessions per month so I tend to book months in advance. It is never too early to contact me to get on my schedule!
How long does a session last?
Family and newborn sessions in home are around two to three hours long and Fresh 48 sessions are about an hour long. However, I do not set time constraints on any session and sometimes they will last longer. I do not like anyone to feel rushed, especially myself, so I take my time and keep the session relaxed and fun for everyone. See this page for details!
How soon can I expect my images?
Within two to three weeks of our session, you will be able to view your edited images via an online viewing gallery. Prints, photo books and other products will be delivered within three weeks after full payment.
How far will you travel for a session?
I travel all around the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and surrounding areas. Beaver, Sewickley, Moon, Robinson, South Hills, Bethel Park, North Hills, Franklin Park, Hampton, Gibsonia, Wexford, Cranberry, etc. and East of the City. I am willing to travel to most places, however traveling fees may apply. Please contact me for more details.
Do you photograph weddings? Seniors?
Unfortunately I no longer photograph weddings or Seniors. However, I would be happy to refer you to some amazing photographers that I know!
What do we wear?
I like things simple, do not overthink it. Most times, you will have the perfect outfits already in your closet and you do not have to go buy all new clothes! For families choose clothing that is comfortable and close to something you wear every other day.
For newborns, I prefer to photograph them naturally in just a diaper, onesie or sleeper. For parents, keep it simple and comfortable! When you book your session I will further assist you with what to wear.
What should I know about birth sessions?
I only accept a very limited number of births each year, so it is very important to contact me asap to get information or get on my schedule. Please see HERE to get more information.
What is a ‘Fresh 48 or brand new baby hospital’ session?
Birth photography is not for everyone, so I also offer a ‘fresh 48’ or ‘brand new baby’ session. I will come to the hospital after the baby has been born, within the 1st 24-48 hours, to capture beautiful images at the hospital. I do not use props or pose the baby, rather it is more like a lifestyle/candid type of session. I photograph baby with parents, siblings, family and friends who are visiting. Please contact me for more information and see this page for more details!
Do you have a referral program?
Yes! I built my business on ‘word of mouth’ and to thank my amazing clients I offer a $50 credit off the next session when they send a referral to me that books a session. See this blog post for details!
Do you offer discounts for multiple sessions or baby plans?
Yes! Contact me for details on booking more than one session in a year!
How long have you been in business?
Over nine years ago I officially began my photography business!
Photography specific questions: What equipment do you use?
I shoot Canon and use a 6D, 5D Mark ii and Classic 5D. I love my 50mm f/1.4, 85mm f/1.8 and especially love my 24mm and 35mm Sigma ART lenses. I also shoot with a Fujufilm mirrorless camera. Please feel free to contact me with any further questions!
