Maybe you have heard about this kind of family photo session that began close to the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic called a Front Porch Portrait. This photo project began with the idea of one photographer and her idea has spread around the country and even around the world!
As a photographer, I really want to document this time in history so I think it is such a wonderful idea that I would love to be a part of. I think it is a great way to take our minds off of the news and the current situation and a great way to lift our spirits during these strange times.
These photos can be taken from a very safe distance with the proper lens so there is no worry about coming into close contact. I can stand at least 10+ feet away while capturing photos of your family. The images are then viewed and downloaded from an online gallery so we never have to come into close contact.
These porch portraits are fun and easy! The sessions last about 20 minutes long and you simply sit and hang out with your family on your porch, stoop, and in your yard.
You’re welcome to go all out and get everyone bathed, dressed and hair combed or you can keep it real and roll out the door in your social distancing uniform.
Everyone has a quarantine uniform now, right? You know, messy bun, leggings or sweats and the kids in their pajamas? I know this is not just my family, right?
All kidding aside, you are welcome to dress however you want because these are your photos.
Are you interested in a Front Porch Portrait for your family?
All you have to do is shoot me a message and we will schedule a date!
Collections begin at $xxx
and include digital images and a print release!
And remember that they are not limited to the porch!
We can hang out in the yard too!
