day #8- My eldest is a huge fan of books. I am forever amazed how he can read through a huge stack of them in a week. The librarians love us. We are at the library sometimes three times a week and leaving with tote bags bursting at the seams.
day #9- Hospital bathroom mirror selfie. Going on hour 10 of a 12 hour birth session (14 hours with the traveling). I LOVE birth photography, and know very well, that some births are much longer than others. However, I have a hard time ever feeling bad for myself for these very long work days…I think of the Mama and how she has to work long and hard to bring her baby into the world. Thankfully her family was wonderful and entertaining, and made passing the time fun. And Mama delivered a beautiful healthy baby.
day #10- Screen time. Admittedly, they often get too much. At least they bond over it….
day #11- A walk on a very cold late afternoon.
day #12- SNOW! We finally had enough for sled riding. This guy asked me to take a photo of him and his sled, “that matches my snow suit!!”
day #13- Sammy got braces. It made him a bit grumpy. He found comfort in hiding under a table at the library while researching presidents for a homeschool co-op project.
day #14- Story time. I forgot until bedtime that I did not take a photo. So although it was rushed and technically imperfect, I got one in before the end of the day.
Here is week #2/52 of documenting life around me.
I will be posting mine here on my blog once a week
and I will be posting them daily on my Instagram feed.
Check back next week for week #3 of my 365!
And have a look at my images from week #1 of my project!
