Here is a little look at a newborn session that I photographed last week! I feel so lucky that I always end up with the most wonderful clients.
I really enjoyed meeting and photographing this couple with their first baby.
I also enjoyed photographing them in their beautiful home, especially the large nursery! A lot of my client’s live in large and beautiful historic houses around the Pittsburgh area. My old house was also one that was built in 1904. I have such a love for these old homes that hold so much character. They usually have beautiful woodwork and large windows that let in a lot of light.
I am always so amazed at how great some of these little new babies are at eye contact. Some of them look me or their parents in the eyes for such a long time. Often they will also gaze right into the camera lens. I often wonder what is going through their little heads when they see me behind the rocking chair with a big camera.
This adorable little one was so content for most of the session, unless she needed a diaper change.
Most babies are not a fan of getting changed!
I loved that I was able to capture sleeping shots as well as awake photos of her.
I can not wait to share more photos of this precious baby girl and her parents!
